    Where do I send my product for a return?

    All returned product must be carefully packaged and arrive in resalable condition. Kendall Hunt is not responsible for any return shipping charges including duties, custom fees, and taxes where applicable.

    A copy of the original invoice, packing slip or chargeback with the ISBN and quantity being returned must be in each box. 

    Returns that do not meet the Return Guidelines will not have credit issued, will not be returned, and will be discarded.

    What are the guidelines for refunds on products that are damaged, defective or missing?

    All claims must be reported within 30 days or less by contacting the Customer Solutions Department at 800-228-0810 or e-mail delivery@kendallhunt.com.

    Please save the shipping carton, this is necessary to facilitate a freight claim.

    Do not return merchandise until you receive our instructions to do so.
     

    What is the return policy?

    Can I place an order to be shipped on a future date?

    If you wish to have your order shipped at a future date, we will hold your order in our system until the date requested. You will be billed for the product when the order ships. Contact Customer Solutions to place your order.

    How long does shipping take for printed products?

    We fulfill most orders within 48 hours of entry into our automated order processing system. Orders are not shipped on weekends or on holidays. Shipping times vary based upon the shipping method chosen. 
     
    For all orders, please supply a valid street address. Many shippers cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. If shipping instructions are not provided we will determine the most appropriate method and ship accordingly. Please include the telephone number and name of the person to be contacted for delivery instructions. 

    Is rush shipping available?

    We offer shipping services using FedEx, UPS and U.S. Postal Service. Exact shipping times will vary based on ship-to location. During check-out you will see the available shipping methods.

    International Customers

    How do I know if an item is available?

    A digital product is available if it is displayed on the website and you are able to add the product to your shopping cart. A tangible product is available if it is displayed on the website and you are able to add the product to your shopping cart. If there will be a delay in shipping the product due to low stock you will be contacted by customer solutions.

    What is the return policy?

    Will there be a charge for duties and taxes?

    Shipments to international locations will be subject to customs duties and taxes.
    If your school/organization is exempt from sales tax, please contact Customer Solutions. 

    Where can I find tracking information for order?

    If you created an account when you placed your order, you can log into your account and view your Dashboard to find your order status and tracking information. Tracking information will be available on your dashboard after the item is shipped.
