    Where can I find tracking information for order?

    Please contact  Customer Solutions at this time. We are currently working on functionality for order tracking information to be displayed on this website, for customers with an account.

    If I have a tax exempt status how should I make my purchase?

    If you are tax exempt and you have an account created on our website you will need to make sure your tax exempt status reflects "Exempt". If your status is "Exempt" you will be able to make your purchase through this website. If you see sales tax adding to your order on the website, contact Customer Solutions to place your order.

    Will I be charged sales tax when I place my order?

    Kendall Hunt is required to collect sales tax in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming and Canada (GST). This list is subject to change at any time.
    All orders placed on our web site will be charged sales tax. If your school/organization is exempt from sales tax, please contact Customer Solutions. 

    What types of payment are accepted?

    We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express for placing online orders. If your school/organization is exempt from sales tax, please contact Customer Solutions. 

    Shipping & Returns

    How long will it take to receive a refund to my credit card for my return?

    It can take up to three weeks for your return to be processed after it is received at our returns warehouse. Please keep a record of your return tracking number.

    Where do I send my product for a return?

    All returned product must be carefully packaged and arrive in resalable condition. Kendall Hunt is not responsible for any return shipping charges including duties, custom fees, and taxes where applicable.

    A copy of the original invoice, packing slip or chargeback with the ISBN and quantity being returned must be in each box. 

    Returns that do not meet the Return Guidelines will not have credit issued, will not be returned, and will be discarded.

    What are the guidelines for refunds on products that are damaged, defective or missing?

    All claims must be reported within 30 days or less by contacting the Customer Solutions Department at 800-228-0810 or e-mail delivery@kendallhunt.com.

    Please save the shipping carton, this is necessary to facilitate a freight claim.

    Do not return merchandise until you receive our instructions to do so.
     

    What is the return policy?

    Digitally delivered product is not returnable. To view our full return policy, click on the 'Return Policy' link located in the Footer.

    Can I place an order to be shipped on a future date?

    Yes. You may request a future ship date at the time the order is placed. Please print this date clearly on the purchase order and the accompanying documentation. Note: You will not be invoiced until the material ships. Any deviation from shipping and invoicing dates will need to be discussed with your sales consultant prior to ordering.

    How long does shipping take for printed products?

    Items that are in stock normally ship within two business days and then delivery time depends on the carrier. The average shipping time for UPS is seven business days. Items on back order will ship as they become available. Contact Customer Solutions or your sales consultant if you have questions on specific items and availability dates.
