I have some access codes that need to be returned. How do I check if they were redeemed?

There is a convenient “Access Code Check” on the Bookstore Support Portal, link: https://help.kendallhunt.com/bookstore. Enter any access codes here to verify if they have been redeemed.  If you have RedShelf codes that need to be checked, please email techsupport@kendallhunt.com

How can I get a copy of my invoice, receipt, credit memo, or statement?

What do I do if I am missing items that were supposed to be delivered or received extra books that I did not order?
What are the guidelines for refunds on products that are damaged, defective or missing?
I have an instructor looking for a desk copy of a book. Who do I contact?

Instructor copies can be requested on he.kendallhunt.com website by selecting “Faculty Review Copy” beneath the pricing details of the item. A request can also be sent to ordernow@kendallhunt.com.  When emailing ordernow include the title of the book and the ISBN you wish to receive a copy of; you will be given the contact details for the appropriate Sales Representative.

How long does shipping take for printed product?

Items that are in stock should ship within two business days, delivery times depend on the chosen shipper. The average shipping time for UPS is three-seven business days. Items on back order will ship as they become available. Contact Customer Solutions if you have questions on specific items and availability dates.

Is rush shipping available?

Yes. Kendall Hunt offers next day and second day shipping at an additional cost. Please note, orders typically take up to two business days to process, so please keep that in mind when requesting expedited shipping.
