Please complete all three parts of these instructions carefully and in order.
If you encounter errors or get stuck anywhere, refer to the Technical Support information at the bottom of this page for further assistance.

 

 

Part 1: Cookies

1. Paste the following address into your Chrome URL bar and press Enter: chrome://settings/cookies

2. Click the "Add" button next to "Sites allowed to use third-party cookies".

3. Add each of these sites separately, clicking "Add" after each one:

pescirrus.com
lti.pescirrus.com 
chcm.pescirrus.com

 

 

Part 2: Pop-ups

1. Paste the following address into your Chrome URL bar and press Enter: chrome://settings/content/popups 

2. Click the "Add" button to the right of the "Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects" section.

3. Add each of these sites separately, clicking "Add" after each one:

pescirrus.com
lti.pescirrus.com 
chcm.pescirrus.com
key7e2019.pescirrus.com

 

 

Part 3: Clear Browsing Data & Cache

1. Select the three vertical dots in the upper right corner, just below the X you would use to close the browser window.

2. Click "Delete browsing data...".

3. At the top choose a time range. Select "All Time".

4. Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".

5. Click "Clear data".

 

 

After completing all three steps, log out of the course materials and close Chrome completely. Then, open a new Chrome window, log in, and try accessing the activity again.
