Information needed to set up a new course/section?

A course creation request is needed each semester and can be based on an existing course or our product master.

If using an existing course, provide the name or link to that course.

Please provide:

1. Section number(s)
2. Instructor name(s)
3. Publication being used (title and edition)
4. Course syllabus (for new courses)
5. Chapter coverage (if not using the entire text)
6. Start date

Let us know about any customization needed; due dates, number of quiz attempts, etc. Once we have everything, we'll set it up and confirm when it's ready.
