Before starting your AME course, make sure your setup meets these requirements.

System requirements:

• A computer running Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS
• An up-to-date, supported web browser with cookies and JavaScript enabled
• A reliable internet connection (broadband or DSL recommended)
• Pop-up blocker disabled for AME sites
• Speakers or a headset
• A webcam with microphone (recommended for video conferencing/virtual classroom features)
• Software to open and complete assignments (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader)
• A screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768

Basic computer skills needed:

• Saving and locating files and folders
• Copying, cutting, and pasting text
• Using editing software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Adobe Reader
• Attaching and uploading documents and assignments
• Sending and receiving email
• Navigating a supported web browser to access your course and other online resources
