1. Contact your instructor directly — attempt removals, additional attempts, and extensions are managed at the instructor's discretion.
2. Your instructor may contact AME Support if they need assistance on their end.

AME Support can remove or reset assignment attempts, but only at your instructor's direction — reach out to them first rather than contacting AME Support directly.
